Emotional Restoration is a 5,000 year old self-care/wellness practice that is still being researched and developed to this day. The restorative practices taught at Restoration Mind Body are based on Eastern cultures dating back several thousand years. They are easy-to-follow movements for improving everyday lives.
Simple but effective methods including postures, breath work, eye movement, reflex points, sound, rhythm, and gentle movement that are specifically targeted to restore the body and mind to lessen stress, frustration, fatigue, and build capacity for resilience. In the past these methods were called ‘resets’, more recently they have been referred to as somatics. These practices can typically be completed within 5 to 10 minutes, conveniently fitting into busy schedules.

Simple daily physical practices for:
Creating balance and boundaries
Grounding, creating safety to lessen anxiety
Managing the fight, flight, and collapse response
Building capacity for rest and digest state
Addressing eye-strain, tech-neck, and TMJ

Insurance is not accepted. Cost is dependent on session design and number of attendees. We will work with clients with financial limitations through a sliding scale.
