About
Emotional Restoration is a self-care/wellness practice well over 5,000 years old that is still being researched and developed to this day. The restorative practices taught at Mind Body Reconnect are based on Eastern cultures dating back several thousand years. They are easy-to-follow methods for improving everyday lives.
Simple but effective methods including postures, breath work, eye movement, reflex points, sound, rhythm, and gentle movement can assist us to restore the body and mind to lessen stress, frustration, fatigue and build capacity for resilience. These methods can typically be practiced within 5 to 10 minutes, conveniently fitting into busy schedules.
Who Are We?
Mind Body Reconnect is a collective with over fifty years of dedication to practicing and studying historic somatic skills that have stood the test of time and effectively restore and reconnect the mind and body. Our goal is to share these skills to help our fellows be present, focused, connected, and restored.
